Mr. Reddy obtained his Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from REC Warangal and is the recipient of Gold Medal & also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from The Indian Institute of Materials Management.
Mr. Reddy had brief stint at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd & Nagarjuna Steels Ltd and joined Pennar Industries from its inception (1986) and worked in various departments and was appointed as Executive Director in October 2000 and retired as Vice-Chairman in the Year 2012. Mr. Reddy was instrumental in turning around Pennar from loss making company to profit making company and under his stewardship the company has grown from Rs. 76 Crs to Rs. 1200 by the year 2012.
Shri. Ch. Ananthreddy has been awarded as “Manager of the Year” by Hyderabad Management Association (HMA) for his outstanding services as a Managing Director of Pennar in the Year 2010.
Mr. Reddy has started Kartikeya Industries Pvt. Ltd. in 2013 with a humble beginning to serve the Nation through allied industries for the progress of mankind. As a main promoter along with other Directors and stakeholders resolved to get recognition as a Top Industrialist and provide employment opportunities to the people of Telangana.
Mr. Dayakar Reddy, Director an Engineering Graduate spent over a decade working with Fortune 500 companies like Bell Atlantic (Subsidiary of AT&T) as systems analyst, in HRA Dept. at City of New York as a programmer and also in quality assurance department in the US.
He returned to India in 2006 to start his own companies in partnership of Sri Laxmi parboiled rice mill, MR poultry farms in Warangal. He has a rich experience of over 10 years in abroad & 5 Years in Software field and 6 years in Construction field.

Mr. Damodar Reddy, Director - Works is an alumni of CITD, Balanagar, Hyderabad and has vast experience at Pennar as a Head of Press Shop. He had brief stint as an Instructor and Vice Principal at ITI, Karimnagar. At Pennar he has also worked in Cold Forming and Tubes Production as Head at Isnapur Plant, near Hyderabad. He has the distinction of achieving the highest production in the Press Shop with minimum PPM level of rejections. Established work ethics for maximum output and made shift in-charge responsible for production & quality, thereby eliminating the quality department. Joined Kartikeya as a Director-Works in May’14 before commencement of commercial production and seen the best practices are put in place for quality production. He is also a stake holder and key managerial person.
Mr. Krishna Reddy obtained his MBA – Finance from Osmania University. He has an overall experience of about 22 Years in various fields like Project Management, Quality Control, Logistics, Administration & Marketing etc. He earlier worked in M/s. GTN Textiles, Hyderabad in Quality Control department for 5 years and joined M/s. Pennar Industries in 2005 as an Executive Assistant to Head - Marketing.
Owing towards entrepreneurship and taking inspiration from Mr. CH. Anantha Reddy who was then Managing Director for M/s. Pennar Industries Limited, he has invested in Kartikeya industries in the year 2013 and joined as Manager – Administration & Logistics and played a vital role in Administration, Logistics, Legal, Marketing & Finance related issues of the company.
At present he is taking care of Project management, Logistics & Marketing activities of the company

Mr. Laxma Reddy obtained Medical post-graduation degree from prestigious Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad.
Dr. Reddy worked as Head of the Department and Senior consultant in Anesthesiology and critical care departments in various corporate hospitals such as Apollo Hospitals, Yashoda Hospitals, Wochardt – Kamineni, Mediciti and Continental hospitals in Hyderabad over a period of two decades.
Dr. Reddy is associated with KIPL since 2013. He has rich experience of over 20 years in health care industry in designing and setting up of operation theatres / ICUs.
